I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding the systems used by your organisation to support workforce management, duty management, and staff rostering/scheduling. 
Specifically, I would be grateful if you could provide the following information: 
 
1. The name(s) of the software system(s) currently used for: 
-       Duty management 
-       Staff rostering and scheduling 
-       Workforce management and/or resource planning 
 
2. The supplier/vendor of each system. 
 
3. The contract duration for each system, including: 
-       Start date and expiry date 
-       Any extension options (if applicable) 
 
Any planned procurement exercises or system replacements currently anticipated.

- Expiry date: 21 March 2027 

- Extension options: One x 12-month optional extension (at the Buyer’s discretion) 

 

National eRostering System (Allocate) – Allocate Software Limited 

- Effective date: 18 November 2021 

- Duration: Initial term of seven (7) years commencing on the Effective Date 

- Extension options: Up to three (3) x 12-month extension periods 

 

C3 Nexus CAD (Support Contract) – MIS Emergency Systems Limited 

Start Date: 1 April 2017 

- Initial period expiry: 31 March 2027 

- Extension options: Rolling maintenance contract 

 

Q4 – There are currently no planned procurement exercises or confirmed system replacement for the systems listed above.
